Participants - inclusion criteriaAll elective patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting with all Consultants in Wythenshawe Hospital after patient permission.
Participants - exclusion criteria1. Emergency coronary artery bypass grafting patients
2. Not currently taking part in another research project
3. Patients who do not want to participate in the study

Interventions1. Normal practice: usual bridging technique of harvesting long saphenous vein from the leg, and skin closure with 3/0 undyed stitch after subcutaneous layer
2. After normal subcutaneous layer closure, wound cleaned with dry swab and dermabond applied. Pressure bandage then applied.
Primary outcome measure(s)Healing of the leg wound, less infection rate, early rehabilitation, cosmetic effect of the scar, early discharge
